Most importantly: our customer support teams report to the Chief Product Officer, ensuring a tight coupling between product & support. As a client facing representative we will count on your to bring your feedback on product roadmaps

Key Responsibilities:Be the first point of contact for any customer interaction (via WhatsApp, Email, Phone or in-app chat)Be the front-facing product expert for our customers and help them understand how to leverage all of Pluto’s products effectively to increase the value they receive

 

 

 

.Thoroughly understand the processes in place at the customers organization and be able to clearly articulate how Pluto fits into their expense processes

 

 

 

 

 

.Create help articles & onboarding guides to help customers thoroughly.Be self-reliant and know when to escalate to your team lead and when to escalate to our technical teams

 

 

 

 

.Be comfortable with managing fintech related compliance documents.

You are an ideal fit if you..Strong verbal and written communication skills with high confidence in English.

 

 

 

 

Ability to simplify complex concepts into easily readable and understable language

 

 

 

 

.Prior experience working on client-facing roles is a must

 

 

 

 

.Extremely high degree of organization skills, must be very good at e-mail management.At least 1 year of experience in similar roles

 

 

.Ability to be self-sufficient and demonstrated ability to take on high degree of responsibility.Strong fluency in English.

 

Strong work ethic is a must and eager to learn and make progress

 

 

 

.Highly confident handling tough customers.

 

 

 

(Optional) Background in Fintech, B2B SaaS or Compliance(Optional) Prior experience with CRM tools.
