Regional Tower Technician (Aqaba)
:الهدف العام للوظيفة توفير الدعم الفني الميداني يغطي مناطق معينة من المملكة ليشمل أجهزة والمعدات المتعلقة بشبكة الوصول اللاسلكي (RAN) مثل أبراج وأجهزة تحكم وغيرها، بالإضافة الى الأجهزة والمعدات الثانوية الموجودة في الموقع مثل المولدات، كعمليات الفك والتركيب والتفحص والتعديل والصيانة؛ وذلك للتحسيين والمحافظة على أداء الشبكة ومواكبة التغييرات التي تطرأ على حاجات المواقع ومعالجة المشاكل التي تؤثر على عملها وجودة خدماتها، بالإضافة إلى بعض عمليات البحث الميداني. :المهام الفنية والتنفيذية
- القيام بعميات الفك والتركيب للقطع والأجهزة والمعدات المتعلقة بمواقع وابراج ومحطات الاتصال اللاسلكي ومشتركي خدمات الحلول المتكاملة (Enterprise customers) أثناء تنفيذ مشاريع التوسعه والتطوير، بشكل يوفر أفضل خدمة للزبون ويتلاءم مع طبيعة متطلبات الموقع.
- القيام بالصيانة التصحيحية اللازمة للأجهزة والمعدات المتعلقة بمواقع الاتصال اللاسلكي ومشتركي خدمات الحلول المتكاملة (Enterprise customers) للعمل على حل الأعطال وإعادة الخدمة ضمن معايير مؤشرات الأداء لشركة زين.
- التعامل مع مشكلات الشبكة المتعلقة بالقطع والأجهزة والمعدات في مواقع الاتصال اللاسلكي ومشتركي خدمات الحلول المتكاملة (Enterprise customers) مثل انقطاع الشبكة وتردي أدائها وغيرها من المشكلات، وذلك من خلال القيام بالفحص للكشف ثم القيام بإصلاح/استبدال سبب العطل؛ للتأكد من عملها بشكل يوفر أفضل خدمة للعميل ويحافظ أو يرفع من مستوى أداء الشبكة.
- القيام بالتعديلات والإضافات المناسبة على الأجهزة والمعدات لتتوافق مع التغير في طبيعة متطلبات وحاجات الموقع مثل زيادة عدد مستخدمي الشبكة في موقع معين مما يولد الحاجة للزيادة في سعة الشبكة وغيره، متبعاً بذلك تعليمات وإجراءات شركة زين.

Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) Adviser, U-CAN
Role location is Home-Based or MEEE Regional Office The Opportunity Save the Children International has an exciting opportunity to join our team to move forward an innovative project, which has the possibility to shift how SC responds to humanitarian crises around the world, starting with the current humanitarian situation in the Ukraine and neighbouring countries. Save the Children (SC) aims to establish an integrated modular approach to respond to the current Ukraine crisis through the establishment of a Universal Cash Assistance Network and Child Protection (UCAN), integrated with additional key features that are Child-Sensitive, Holistic, Modular, Accessible, Decentralized, and Borderless. In line with SC's Strategic Statement for the Ukraine conflict and 2022 Global Humanitarian Response Plan, the focus of the services and support will be to conflict-affected children and their families, including unaccompanied and separated children (UASC), children who have lived in institutional care, children with disabilities (CWD) and Roma children. UCAN will be designed as a hub that enables crisis-affected individuals to either self-identify or be identified by SC through a range of access points (incl. a web portal, application, hotline, etc.), be rapidly verified, and receive immediate universal access to the full-range of services that SC provides, including referrals and two-way communication channels, to provide dignity and self-determination when families are facing life's biggest challenges. In line with this project, Save the Children is looking for a Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) Adviser for UCAN, who will provide technical oversight and operational management of all CVA activities under UCAN. The CVA Advisor, UCAN will work closely with the Project Director and other team members to design and implement the CVA work plan and all other project deliverables, to bring the vision to life. The CVA Adviser will be expected to lead on the design of an integrated CVA offering with other sectoral technical advisers. Also, the CVA Adviser will be expected to lead on operationalizing the cash component in UCAN including leadership on the procurement and contracting of financial service providers, linking with response technical advisers and program managers, and establishing operational standards for the project. 1- Contact Center Executive
Job Description:-
- Respond and follow-up customer calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Give the best customer centric experience to the customer.
- Provide personalized indirect customer service by responding to the needs of the each customer
- Log shipment collection requests.
- Track customers’ shipments in order to answer customer’s inquiries for updates on products as Express, Domestic, Shop & Ship and personalized.
- Handle and resolve customers’ complaints and root certain issues and inquiries which are not under the contact center scope of responsibility to the concerned departments/CMTs.
- Provides products and service information to customers as needed.
- Answer customers’ general inquiries.
Job Requirements:-

2- Customer Success Executive - French Speaker
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer customer’s general inquiries about our services, prices and regulations.
- Handling the assigned actions based on the action’s requirement, subcategory and country and achieving targets.
- Provide customers with the latest shipments update and help them understand shipments’ process and SLAs.
- Escalate discrepancies that may occur on any shipment and reassure customers.
- Escalating actions pending with other assignees causing a delayed value delivery for the customers.
- Handling complex complaints and customers with a very thorough and details-oriented mindset.
- Direct customers’ requests to the correct stakeholder whenever needed.
- Reporting changing events like operational trends and failures in order to eliminate or edit the procedure accordingly.
Job Requirements (Experience and education)

Specialist, Revenue Operations
Job purpose: As a Specialist, Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for processing customer rebate payment incentives per terms & conditions set forth in written, signed agreements between customer and Hikma Pharmaceuticals, analyzing contract terms prior to signatures and identifying/resolving disputed items with partners as well as within accounts receivables. You will have responsibilities for accounts receivable functions and preparing accounts for monthly close collaboratively with local AR and AP cross functional team members and keep gross-to-net colleagues informed of deduction and reconciliation statuses. You will be tasked to collaborate cross functionally with internal and external business partners related to preparing, analyzing, and reporting out payment trends and analyses. You will also be tasked to support peer review activities alongside peers and superiors contribute and complete to special projects as assigned. Key accountabilities:
- Responsible for processing, preparing, validating, and executing direct and indirect sales reports as requested by internal and external business partners.
- Responsible for Rebates and Admin Fees in accordance with terms and conditions of partner agreements. Calculate brand/generic claims accurately and timely, provide monthly accrual needs to Revenue Management teams. Responsible for pulling together the rebate and admin payment support for the review and verification by the Revenue Operations leadership team for approval.
- Supports peers, superiors and leadership in rebate reviews, analyses and reporting as needed.
- Prepares trend analyses on historical payments compared to current payment trends and reports out to peers, superiors and leaders on findings.
- Participate in internal and external audits and maintain complete and accurate supporting documentation.
- Analyze customer deductions and actively manage accounts receivables
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Business, Finance, Accounting or related fields or equivalent combination of education, training and/or direct work-related experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related field
