Customer Success Officer

Description:

Yallow provides advanced technologies for the effective management and optimization of on demand delivery.

Yallow’s products bring together delivery companies, merchants, and customers and provide them with the tools they need to optimize their interactive experience.

We are hiring a customer success officer with superb communication, organization, and time management skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Resolve reported issues in timely manner
  • Engage with customers from all channels (e-mail, WhatsApp, calls and web chat)
  • Identify customer requirement and complaints
  • Provide proper training on system for clients
  • On board clients from sales lead pipeline
  • Bond and builds trust and transparency with Clients
  • Clients account management
  • Promotes Customer Loyalty
  • Proactively look out for their customers’ business
  • Effectively handle diverse problems at the same time

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English skills are required for this role
  • Experience in contact center is a plus
  • MS office skills
  • BSc degree in (Information technology) is preferred
